Follow these simple directions to ensure a stress-free parking experience.
Location: Parking is available in Garage 14. Anyone without an orange or blue decal arriving before 3:30 p.m. will need to grab a parking permit from one of our staff members before boarding the shuttle. Staff will be available at the shuttle stop to distribute permits to those who need one.
Shuttle schedule: Shuttles will be running from 1 to 8:30 p.m.
Departure points: Garage 14; Reitz Union
Frequency: Shuttles will run on a loop every 15 minutes.
Additional information:
Please arrive a few minutes early to ensure timely departure.
Signage and staff will be present to direct you to the Grand Ballroom once you arrive at the Reitz Union.
