The UF Health Cancer Institute recognizes the importance of providing a forum for our trainees to showcase your research and we are excited to welcome you to our poster session. In keeping with our mission to foster education and training and build collaborations, trainee prizes will be awarded. The Research Showcase is a trainee-focused forum and abstracts will only be accepted from trainees.

Poster presenter instructions
We encourage you to use our UF Health Cancer Institute poster template for your poster and include our UF Health Cancer Institute logo.
Poster setup
Poster set-up will be at 1:30-2:45 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 29 in the Grand Ballroom on the 2nd floor of the Reitz Union. Please note the parking/shuttle instructions for transportation to the Reitz Union. When you arrive at the Reitz Union, please follow the signs for our event and check-in at the registration desk. Posters will be grouped by research program. Cancer institute staff will be available to assist you with your poster. All posters should be hung by 2:45 p.m. Posters will be on display throughout the event, which is expected to end at 7:30 p.m.
Poster judging
The poster session will be at 3-6 p.m. Posters presenters will be divided into two groups (odd numbers, from 3-4:30 p.m.; even numbers, from 4:30-6 p.m.). Trainees must stand at their poster during their designated timeslot for their poster to be judged. Poster winners will be announced at the end of the event.
