Description

This hands-on workshop will demystify bioinformatics by walking you through a complete RNA-seq analysis while teaching foundational skills that translate to any omics data type. We'll focus on empowering you with best practices, reproducible workflows, proper organization, and the ability to find and interpret information.

Who should attend: UF Health Cancer Institute members, affiliated graduate students and postdocs at a beginner or intermediate level in bioinformatics.
