Bioinformatics 101 Course

About: The ICBR Bioinformatics Core the UFHCC Biostatistics & Quantitative Sciences Shared Resource (BQS SR) are offering Bioinformatics 101, an introduction to methods and tools for New-Generation Sequencing (NGS) analysis. This six-lecture course will cover NGS data generation and computational analysis. Hands-on exercises will be performed using HiPerGator. This course is not for credit, but those who complete it will receive a certificate.

When: Mondays | February 10 – April 6 | 4 – 5:30 p.m.
