Cancer researchers on the rise

Mohammed Gbadamosi, Ph.D.

Mohammed Gbadamosi, Ph.D., is an early-stage investigator and the recipient of an NIH Early Independence Award. "Through being part of the Cancer Institute, I've had the opportunity to be in spaces where I engage both researchers, as well as clinicians, and being in that kind of unique interface has allowed me to get a really good appreciation for translational research, research that really is going to affect patient lives," he said.

Cancer Researchers on the Rise

Amin Sobh, Ph.D.

Amin Sobh, Ph.D., completed his postdoctoral training in the lab of UF Health Cancer Institute Director Jonathan D. Licht, M.D., and is now a research assistant professor. "My postdoctoral training at the UF Health Cancer Institute included core facilities and latest technologies and many collaboration opportunities," he said. "I also participated in multiple events organized by the Cancer Institute and these events really helped enhance my visibility in the scientific community."
