Biostatistics & Bioinformatics 101: Best Practices for Cancer Data
Promoting a rigorous and reproducible statistical and bioinformatics approach for your research. BIOSTATISTICS AND BIOINFORMATICS 101, BB 101: Best Practices for Cancer Data, at the University of Florida Health Cancer Center is a broad program presented in a 12-lecture series every fall.
Spatial Transcriptomics for Us (ST4us) Journal Club
The journal club meets the first Friday of every month at 1 p.m. It covers basic concepts, presents articles and hears from UF and external experts. It is led by bioinformatics unit leader Jason Orr Brant, Ph.D., and computational biology unit leaders Li Chen, Ph.D., and Qianqian Song, Ph.D., with the support of members Kalyanee Shirlekar, M.S., Heather Kates, Ph.D., and director Ji-Hyun Lee, DrPH.
