Bioinformatics 101 Course

This course is offered by the ICBR Bioinformatics Core, the UF Health Cancer Center Biostatistics & Quantitative Sciences Shared Resource (BQS SR)  and the University of Florida Health Science Center Library.

An introduction to methods and tools for Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) analysis, this six-lecture course covers next-generation Sequencing data generation and computational analysis. Hands-on exercises will be performed using HiPerGator. This course is not for credit, but those who complete it will receive a certificate.
