Bioinformatics 101 Course

Offered by the ICBR Bioinformatics Core, the UF Health Cancer Center Biostatistics & Quantitative Sciences Shared Resource (BQS SR)  and the University of Florida Health Science Center Library.

This course consists of eight lectures covering next-generation Sequencing data generation and computational analysis. Hands-on exercises will be performed using HiPerGator. This course is not for credit, but those who complete the course will receive a certificate.

Note: The last lecture will be held on March 14

Location: UF Health Science Center Library Computer Lab, Room C1-121 (Communicore Building)

Registration: There is no registration fee but please register by January 18. You may attend selected lectures at your discretion.
