The mission of the UF Health Cancer Center Office of Research Administration is to provide expertise, tools, and resources in support of advancing cancer-focused research at the University of Florida marked by rigorous application of best practices and a dedication to innovation and creativity. We envision the UF Health Cancer Center as a leader in the oncology research community; providing a community of support and a central hub for cancer-focused research at the University of Florida and driving the improvement and advancement of the field of research administration.
What we do
The UF Health Cancer Center Office of Research Administration is a centralized resource for the support and management of oncology research at the University of Florida. The Office of Research Administration provides pre and post award management of all UF Health Cancer Center grants and contracts and cancer-related complex grants; management of the UF Health Cancer Center’s intramural pilot program and the UF component of the Florida Academic Cancer Center Alliance research development program; proposal consultation, review and support; manuscript review and editorial support; support for the UF Health Cancer Center research programs; and strategic reporting and metrics.
